The IVIO SERVICES Privacy Notice applies only to www.ivio.services website. Some IVIO SERVICES products and services allow you to directly access, correct, update or delete your personal information through your account settings. If this option is not available, contact us at info@ivio.services or the address listed below to request your personal information to be accessed, corrected, updated or deleted. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably useful for commercial purposes. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

For website visitors who live in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights regarding the processing of your personal information, including the right to erasure and right to data portability.
